Chapter 7 Option 2

As of March 31, 2026, General Order 25-2 prohibits “file now, pay later”. Although I wish this option was still available, this Order outlaws it. You can still make payments to me, but the case can not be filed until the fees and costs are paid in full. As a result, some of my clients opt to file Chapter 13 because the fees and costs to get the case filed are less than Chapter 7.

$400 – $2500 Paid Prior To Filing (based upon the circumstances of the case).

Then A Chapter 13 Plan Payment Made To The Trustee Based Upon Your Income.

Credit Rebuilding Program.
