Yes. Unequivocally yes. We have an obligation to list all of your debts on the bankruptcy Petition, Statements and Schedules, all of them. Now if you have a creditor that you want to repay after the bankruptcy is complete, you’re free to do that, but we must list all of your debts on the bankruptcy Petition, Statements and Schedules or we are inviting problems from the Trustee.
Here’s the other thing: We have to list all of your assets. Even if you are going to keep your car. You’re going to continue to make the payment on the car. The car gets listed on Schedule B, we list the debt on Schedule D, you make the payment, you keep the car. So all of your assets are listed on the Statements and Schedules, all of the debts are listed on the Statements and Schedules, and if you have preferences in terms of paying someone back after the bankruptcy is over, that’s your prerogative.
